My name is Carah Elizabeth and I am so honored to be your guide for this to Activate your Goddess Energy.
I am a Goddess, Wild – Medicine Woman.
Trained as clinical psychotherapist, somatic practitioner, yoga instructor & Reiki Master. I’ve followed the expectations of others only to find myself feeling lost & alone. This is when I journeyed into my WILD essence to discover the truth of who I am beyond what the world taught me to be. To Activate the Goddess within me I’ve listened to my soul’s whispers and stepped into the most authentic version of myself…and this is what I hope to support you in doing also.

Driving from Phoenix detailed driving directions will be provided in follow up email upons securing your spot at the Retreat
If traveling from out of state nearest airports are Phoenix or Flagstaff. From there you can either rent a car or arrange for shuttle service. *Reserve either rental car or shuttle in advance
Absolutely! No experience is needed to participate in movement practices. Each individual is exactly where she’s meant to be in each moment. All movement practices will have variations of poses offered to support new practitioners or encourage a deepening for those more advanced.
*Sacred Land Journeys will require the ability to walk approximately .5 – 1 mile on moderate, uneven terrain. Shoes with adequate tread highly recommended
*Yoga Mats will be available for use during practices, however if you have a mat and will be arriving via car it is encouraged that you bring your own mat & props.
Each day will look slightly different based on activities planned & surprise journeys, but here’s a sample schedule of what a day’s schedule may look like:

Your health & the health of all participants and guest facilitors of the Retreat are always my priority. There are currently no requirements or restrictions to be aware of when traveling to Arizona. Depending upon the procautions deemed necessary by Carah Elizabeth, LLC at the time of the Retreat, Carah Elizabeth, LLC reserves the right to require pre-travel COVID-19 testing for the entire group. Notification of this, should it become required, will be sent to each participant directly via email.
If there are any further shut downs or dangers that affect our ability to travel, this Retreat will be postponed until it is safe to do so. Once you pay your deposit, and sign the agreement, you commit to the changes that Carah Elizabeth, LLC needs to make to ensure the safety of the group.
